The FIFA U-17 World Cup winner also praised the effort of the German Football Federation and the German Government for the proactive measures done to ensure restart of the Bundesliga season amidst Coronavirus pandemic.

He said: “I am a player that is ready to give everything to the course of Mainz 05 in the last games that we have in the German Bundesliga and ensure that we remain in the competition at the end of the season.

Mainz face FC Union Berlin in one of the midweek games today and must avoid a defeat if they do not want to slip into the relegation zone.
